महाराष्ट्रातील बुलढाणा जिल्ह्यात नांदुरा हे एक महत्त्वाचे शहर वसलेले आहे. १९३१ मध्ये ब्रिटीशांच्या काळात नांदुरा नगरपालिका स्थापन झाली. 

नांदुरा हे शहर दोन भागात विभागले आहे, नांदुरा बुद्रुक आणि नांदुरा खुर्द (लहान नांदुरा) यांना ज्ञानगंगा नदीने वेगळे केले आहे, हे गाव अधिकृतपणे नांदुराचाच भाग मानले जाते.

नांदुरा तालुका राष्ट्रीय महामार्ग क्रमांक 6 आणि मुंबई-हावडा रेल्वे मार्गावर आहे. हावडा-नागपूर-मुंबई मार्गावरील मध्य रेल्वेचे रेल्वे स्थानक देखील आहे.

नांदुरामध्ये हातमागांसह तेल गिरणी, डाळ गिरण्या आणि  प्रेसिंग उद्योग आहेत. नांदुरा कापूस उत्पादनात अग्रेसर आहे. 

नांदुरा 'खवा' (कंडेन्स्ड दुध) साठी प्रसिद्ध आहे. हे ठिकाण जवळच्या सर्व भागात दूध उत्पादनांचा पुरवठा करणारे आहे. तसेच खव्यासारखी दुधाची उत्पादने, त्याची गुणवत्ता आणि चव याकरिता प्रसिद्ध आहे आणि दररोज बऱ्याचशा जिल्ह्यांत नेली जातात.

नांदुरा मध्ये एक महत्त्वपूर्ण व्यापार केंद्र देखील कार्यरत आहे. तेथे गहू, ज्वारी, डाळी, कापूस, कांदा, मिरची, लिंबू आणि वांग्यासारख्या बर्‍याच भाज्यांचा व्यापार होतो.

नांदुरा शहरात पूर्वस्कूल ते पदव्युत्तर स्तरापर्यंत शैक्षणिक सुविधा आहेत.

नांदुरा शहरातील हनुमानाची १०५ फूट मूर्ती पर्यटकांचे मुख्य आकर्षण आहे. हे भारतातील सर्वोच्च हनुमान पुतळ्यांपैकी एक आहे. भगवान हनुमानाची मूर्ती पांढऱ्या संगमरवरी खडकाची असून योग्य ठिकाणी वेगवेगळ्या रंगांचा वापर केला जातो. भगवान हनुमानच्या डाव्या हातात गदा आहे आणि उजवा हात भाविकांना आशीर्वाद देत आहे. हि मूर्ती राष्ट्रीय महामार्ग क्र. ६ वर आहे. लिम्का बुक ऑफ रेकॉर्डमध्येही त्याचा उल्लेख आहे. 

तसेच अंबादेवीगड नावाचे ऐतिहासिक स्थळ सुद्धा नांदुरा येथे आहे.

Our Nandura

Nandura is an important city located in Buldhana District of Maharashtra. Nandura Municipality was established in 1931 during the British rule.

The Town of Nandura is divided into two parts, Nandura Budruk and Nandura Khurd (Little Nandura) are separated by the river Dnyanganga, the village is officially considered to be part of Nandura.

Nandura Taluka is on National Highway No. 6 and Mumbai-Howrah railway line. There is also a railway station on the Howrah-Nagpur-Mumbai route.

Nandura has oil mills, pulse mills and pressing industries along with handlooms. Nandura is a leader in cotton production.

Nandura is famous for 'khawa' (Condensed milk). This place supplies milk products to all the nearby areas. It is also famous for its dairy products like Khawa, its quality and taste and is transported to many districts on a daily basis.

An important trade center is also functioning in Nandura. Many vegetables like Wheat, Sorghum, Pulses, Cotton, Onion, Chilli, Lemon and like Brinjal are traded there.

The city of Nandura has educational facilities from Pre-school to Post-graduate level.

The 105 feet idol of Hanuman in Nandura city is the main tourist attraction. It is one of the tallest Hanuman statues in India. The idol of Lord Hanuman is made of white marble and different colors are used in the right places. Lord Hanuman has a mace in his left hand and his right hand is blessing the devotees. This idol is on National Highway is at no. 6. It is also mentioned in the Limca Book of Records.

There is also a historical place called Ambadevigad at Nandura.
